Our facility will have a total of 32 bays.  Our pre-build reservations require a fully refundable deposit to hold the unit of your choice.  All reservations are on a first come first serve basis.  These facilities fill up fast and there are only a limited number of the premium and standard bays.

We will soon offer prebuild specials, where you will be able to place a deposit and reserve the bay location and size of your choice. We will have a limited number of bays, so this will be first come first serve.

Bay Details

Standard Bay – 15′ x 50′

Our Standard Bays are 15′ wide by 50′ deep with a 12’w x 14’h rollup door.  In addition to the standard bay, we will have a limited number of Premium Bays available.

Standard Plus Bay – 15′ x 50′

We also have a very limited number of Standard Plus Bays, that are 15′ wide by 50′ deep with a 12’w x 14’h rollup door and a 36″ x 84″ walk through door on the side toward the rear of the bay.

Premium Bay – 20′ x 50′

The Premium Bays are 20′ wide by 50′ deep with a 12’w x 14’h rollup door and a 36″ x 84″ walk through door at the front.
